Jorge Noceda Sanchez (1931-1987) A Surrealist painter whose works are collected by museums throughout the world. Born in the Dominican Republic, he moved to New York to study and practice painting. His technique, color sense and whimsical style received critical acclaim and international recognition. He exhibited with Surrealist artists Max Ernst, Yves Tanguy, and Rene Magritte.
