Sculpture carved life-size from travertine marble and rubble pieces found outside the San Marco Cathedral, Venice, Italy. Nelson's work is in the collections of the Guggenheim, the Walker, and exhibited globally. Roberta Smith of the NYTimes describes Nelson’s work as “the Faberge of Post-Minimalism”.
